Stayed 2 nights with a friend, great stay. Affordable private room, clean with comfortable bed and towels provided. Good hot shower with strong water pressure. Reliable WiFi throughout. 24/7 reception, no issues with late check-in or early checkout. Helpful staff, especially Thelma who was incredibly friendly. Kitchen available for cooking and free morning coffee/tea. Surprisingly quiet despite some reviews. Deserves 5 stars for the price. Hopefully, others will choose to stay here.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus station, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful, except for one rude guy during check-in.
Breakfast choices could be better, could use more variety.

Had a fantastic Easter weekend! The hostel was in a prime location, just a short walk away from the beach and the vibrant city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available at the front desk. They provided me with all the information I needed during my stay. The atmosphere was lively and there were plenty of social activities organized by the hostel, making it easy to meet new people and make friends. a great experience!
Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The rooms and bathrooms could have been cleaner, as there was some sand on the floor and the showers could use some maintenance.

I recently had an amazing stay at the White Butterfly in Lagos. This hostel had so much character and charm that I absolutely loved it. It was a refreshing change from the big, factory, like hostels with fluorescent lights and countless rooms. the hangout spaces were fantastic, with comfy couches, a cozy bar, big armchairs, and even a cool courtyard with a small spa pool. the kitchen was clean and well, equipped, making it easy for me to cook my own meals. the staff were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect, just a 20, minute walk to the best beaches in the area. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Lagos. Cons: Everything is what I need and want! 😊.

The location of the hostel is convenient as it is near all the bars and clubs, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife. The building itself has interesting old tiles and layout, giving it a unique charm. The staff were friendly and helpful, doing what they could to assist guests. Moreover, the hostel had a lovely private terrace and a beautiful garden, providing a pleasant place to relax.
The creaky bed made it difficult to sleep without producing noise at every movement.

I had a spacious room with a private bathroom and a fridge, which was really convenient. The location of the hostel was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by lively bars and restaurants. The manager of the hostel was also very friendly and accommodating.
There were some downsides to my stay. The noise level was quite high, especially at night, as there were many drunk people socializing in the hostel.
